Board of Directors Vacancy Announcement
The Alfalfa Fire District Board of Directors will accept applications to fill two (2) positions on
the Fire District’s Board of Directors. The Board will accept applications, which can be found at
https://www.alfalfafiredistrict.org or at the Alfalfa Fire Station 25889 Alfalfa Market Road in
Alfalfa, Oregon from qualified candidates. Requirements include residing within the Alfalfa Fire
District boundaries and attending and participating in monthly meetings.
This is an uncompensated appointment. The Board of Directors consists of five elected or
appointed officials. These five individuals oversee district policy and fiscal administration and
meet monthly on the second Wednesday of the month.

An application must be received by Friday, July, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. to be considered.
The Board of Directors plans to interview candidates at their meeting on Wednesday, July 8,
2026. Candidates are encouraged to attend the meeting.
